More information
With the Winzergenossenschaft Jechtingen Weissburgunder comes a first-class white wine in the glass. In this it presents a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. In the glass, this white wine from Winzergenossenschaft Jechtingen shows aromas of honeysuckle, cherry blossom, quince, jasmine and lime, complemented by forest floor, green bell pepper and lovage. The Winzergenossenschaft Jechtingen Weissburgunder presents itself pleasantly dry to the wine enthusiast. This white wine never appears coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the upper price range. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Pinot Blanc flatters with a pleasing feel on the palate without lacking freshness. The finale of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Baden, more precisely from Jechtingen, finally captivates with a beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Winzergenossenschaft Jechtingen Pinot Blanc
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Blanc. For this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Winzergenossenschaft Jechtingen, only first-class grapes were harvested. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
