More information
The light-footed Pinot Blanc from the house of Graf Adelmann shimmers into the glass with a brilliant light yellow. In the glass, this white wine from Graf Adelmann reveals aromas of acacia, honeysuckle, cherry blossom, linden and orange blossom, complemented by brittle, roasted hazelnut and green bell bell pepper. On the palate, Graf Adelmann's Pinot Blanc opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. With its moderate fruit acidity, the Pinot Blanc flatters with a pleasing palate sensation without lacking freshness. The finale of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Württemberg finally thrills with a beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Pinot Blanc from Graf Adelmann
The basis for the elegant Weißburgunder from Württemberg are grapes from the grape variety Weißburgunder. When perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Pinot Blanc are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Pinot Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
Food recommendation for the Pinot Blanc from Graf Adelmann
This German wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as a companion to potato pan with salmon, cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables or chickpea curry.
