Vinification of the Winzergenossenschaft Meißen Pinot Blanc Sachsen QbA
The elegant Pinot Blanc Saxony QbA from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Pinot Blanc Sachsen QbA can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Weißburgunder Sachsen QbA is carefully harmonized.
