Balanced and multifaceted, this melting white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Pinot Blanc reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of peach and green apple appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess and clay are added.

Vinification of the Pinot Blanc from Weinbiet Manufaktur

This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of loam and loess. The grapes for this white wine from Germany, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their freshness. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Pinot Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
