More information
The Rudolf Fürst Pinot Blanc R is a first-class white wine in the glass. It presents a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. If you give it some air in the wine glass by swirling, you can perceive a first-class balance in this white wine, because it stands out on the walls of the glass neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. The bouquet of this white wine from Franconia seduces with hints of lemon. If we trace the aromatics further, lime leaves and caramel are added, encouraged by the oak influence.
The Rudolf Fürst Weißer Burgunder R presents itself to the wine lover as wonderfully dry. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. The finale of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Franconia, which has good aging potential, finally inspires with considerable reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by sandstone and loess.
Vinification of Rudolf Fürst Pinot Blanc R
This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. In Franconia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loess soil and sandstone. Weisser Burgunder R is an Old World wine through and through, as this German wine breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grapes are harvested, they immediately enter the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
