More information
The material Rosé from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen shows in the glass in brilliantly shimmering strawberry-pink. With a little time in the glass, this Old World rosé wine reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of star fruit, guava, mango and papaya, rounded out by Mediterranean herbs, brioche and forest floor.
The Pfannebecker Material Rosé presents itself to the wine lover wonderfully dry. This rosé wine never shows itself coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Light-footed and complex, this crisp rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the material rosé flatters the palate with a pleasing feel, without lacking freshness at the same time. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally convinces with a beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Pfannebecker Material Rosé
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Material Rosé from Pfannebecker are Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes. After hand harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the material Rosé can further harmonize for several months on the fine lees....
