The Werner Vermouth RG White appears in the glass in a strong golden yellow. The bouquet unfolds complex aromas of domestic and exotic fruits. Super juicy pear, ripe Boskop as well as physalis and honeydew melon immediately come to mind. The whole is underpinned by fine herbal aromas and, of course, wormwood herb.
On the palate of Werner Wermut RG White, the complex aromas of the nose combine with fine bitter and elegant notes of wormwood herb. The natural tartaric acid gives this vermouth its special freshness.
Production of Werner Vermouth RG White
For this vermouth, high-quality Riesling wines from Ellermann-Spiegel are aromatized in such a way that the aromas typical of the grape variety are not drowned out, but rather enhanced. These include aromas of apples, peaches and apricots, as well as citrus and exotic fruits. On the herbal-spice side, wormwood herb, lemon balm and woodruff are added.
