Premium Wines from Wild Rock
Wild Rock is a producer of premium wines made in New Zealand's best wine growing areas in Hawke's Bay and Marlborough. Produced are Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.
Marlborough - the home of Sauvignon Blanc
The Marlborough wine region is world famous for aromatic white wines and Pinot Noir. The plots of land of Wild Rock planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir come from first-class vineyards in Marlborough. The region is known for its rich alluvial soil, which produces wines of great depth and fruit intensity. The region, located in the far north of New Zealand's South Island, includes cool and dry inland sites as well as early, ripe vineyards, which are more exposed to the sea breeze from the coast and produce pure and intensely flavoured grapes of exceptional quality.
Hawke's Bay - the North Island has much to offer
Hawke's Bay, on New Zealand's North Island, is blessed with a variety of soils and microclimates that offer endless possibilities for growing wine. The Gimblett Gravels are the warmest vineyards in New Zealand with ideal climate factors such as sunshine hours, humidity and rainfall. This combination of fertile soils and continental climate allows Hawke's Bay wines to be produced with great complexity and aromas.
