Vinification of the Winery Hörner Wildlife White Wine Cuvée
The basis for the elegant Wildlife white wine Cuvée from Germany are grapes from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Wildlife White Wine Cuvée is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Wildlife White Wine Cuvée is carefully harmonized.
