Vinification of the Birgit Braunstein Wildwux Red Wine Cuvée Burgenland

This powerful red wine from Austria is organically cuvéed from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Merlot and Zweigelt. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the powerful Wildwux Rotweincuvée Burgenland is aged for several months in oak barriques.
