Winzerhof Stahl

The family began in 1984 with the cultivation of wine on the Winzerhof Stahlwhich has been in the family since 1814. in 1990 a great restaurant was added.

The Winzerhof Stahl in Franconia does without the traditional "Bocksbeutel nostalgia"! Classical quality levels are deliberately not labeled because these can be found, after all, in your wines.

It is modern, Franconian wine culture at a very high level in Bordelais, pen and Burgundy bottles. Christian Stahl is a winemaker, kitchen chef and graduate engineer for viticulture and oenology.

Master of the vineyard - Christian Stahl

In 2000, son Christian Stahl (Winemaker of the Year 2018) took over his parents' business in Auenhofen, and over the years increased the vineyard area from 1.5 hectares to now 30 hectares on the Main, Tauber and Steigerwald rivers. He focuses on sustainable and ecological winegrowing. 

The team Winzerhof Stahl also includes his wife Simone (restaurant, finances and event planning), his parents Gudrun and Albrecht Stahl (who provide advice and support), M.v. Dungern (winemaker, field manager).
