Zarihs Syrah Campo de Borja DO 2015 - Bodegas Borsao

The Zarihs Syrah Campo de Borja DOP by Bodegas Borsao is the latest result of a collaboration between the Australian wine icon Chris Ringland and the Borsao wine maker José Luis Cueca. This wine shimmers in a deep, dark red in the glass.

In the nose of the Zarihs Syrah from Borsao notes of blackberry, smoky wood and vanilla are immidiately perceptible. On the palate, this Spanish red wine from the DOP Campo de Borja is full-bodied and powerful; the taste is also dominated by dark fruits, accompanied by delicate aromas of dry plums and chocolate. Soft tannins and a mild acid round off this overall masterpiece.
