Bardolino Chiaretto DOC - Zenato

The Bardolino Chiaretto from Zenato from the Italian wine-growing region DOC Bardolino in Veneto is a wonderfully fresh, fruity and lively rosé wine cuvée made from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties.

This wine appears an intense coral pink with a violet sheen in the glass and unfolds its wonderful bouquet, which is dominated by flowers and summery red fruits such as strawberries and cherries. This rosé cuvée is animating and harmonious on the palate, with a fresh fruitiness.

Vinification of the Zenato Bardolino Chiaretto

After selective harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is drawn off after a short maceration period and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
