Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to either their commercial or self-employed professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

In deviation from this, the withdrawal period in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VINELLO retail GmbH, Bärensteiner Str. 30, 01277 Dresden, Germany, Tel.: 035146925655, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the extra costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the goods back, whichever is the earlier event.

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods will be estimated to be no more than approximately 80 Euros for each such item that, due to its nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (freight goods).

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which cannot be delivered before 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value is subject to fluctuations in the market which the entrepreneur cannot influence.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not residents of a member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose only residence and delivery address at the time of contract conclusion is located outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damages and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to provide sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
