Casillero del Diablo Chardonnay - Concha y Toro

The Casillero del Diablo Chardonnay from Concha y Toro is a devilishly good, single-varietal white wine from Chile. 

In the glass, this wine is a brilliant bright lemon yellow with golden highlights. The bouquet reveals expressive notes of tropical fruit - especially pineapple - juicy vineyard peach. The aromas of the nose are rounded off by hints of bourbon vanilla. The palate reveals fresh pineapple with a fine acid structure. The finish is long and is accompanied by a nutty note.
