Frank Spiegel vinified the Pinot Gris dry Goldkapsel mostly in stainless steel tanks to bring out the fruitiness of the grape variety particularly clearly. 10% were also aged in barrique barrels to give this Pinot Gris a particularly velvety and additionally spicy aroma.
