More information about Swimming Rosé - Bergdolt-Reif & Nett

In the glass, the Swimming Rosé of Bergdolt-Reif & Nett presents a brilliant shimmering strong rosé color. On the palate, the Swimming Rosé from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic.Despite its dry taste, this rosé wine enchants with the finest melting and finely woven residual sweetness. Light-footed and complex, this light and crisp rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Swimming Rosé flatters with a soft mouthfeel, without lacking freshness. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally captivates with considerable reverberation.

Vinification of the Swimming Rosé from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Swimming Rosé from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett are Cabernet Mitos, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes for this rosé wine from Germany, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand . After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Food recommendation for the Swimming Rosé from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett

This rosé wine from Germany is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to salad or a great picnic in the park.
