Krämer Straight - These words stand for uncompromising, straightforward and high-quality wines without frills, which embody the motto of the winemaker Tobias Krämer.
With the Tobias Krämer Krämer Straight Sauvignon Blanc comes a first-class white wine into the swirled glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. Ideally poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World shows wonderfully expressive aromas of papaya, guava, physalis and mango, rounded off by sun-warmed rock and forest floor.
This white wine from Tobias Krämer is just right for all connoisseurs who like it dry. However, it is never sparse or brittle, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp and dense texture. With its lively fruit acidity, the Krämer Straight Sauvignon Blanc is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this storable white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of Gallia melon and mango show. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the limestone and clay dominated soils are added.
Vinification of the Krämer Straight Sauvignon Blanc by Tobias Krämer
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. The berries for this white wine from Germany, at the time of optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
