In the middle, the tone changes to a charming greenish-yellow color. This Mànnara white wine reveals nashi pears, apples and quinces on the nose. As if that wasn't already impressive, garigue, lovage and juniper are added thanks to the ageing in stainless steel.
This light white wine is balanced and multi-layered on the palate. Thanks to the balanced fruit acidity, the Pinot Grigio White Terre Siciliane has a velvety mouthfeel without lacking in juicy liveliness. The finale of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Sicily ultimately delights with good persistence. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the clay-dominated soils.

Here, the vines dig their roots deep into clay soils. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
