This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Roditis. For this wonderfully elegant single varietal wine from Tsantali Vineyards & Wineries, only top quality grapes were harvested. After hand harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. Once the wine is finished, Retsina Greca Terra is carefully harmonized.
