More information about 12x pack Share Rosato - Casa Santos Lima
The Share Rosato from the pen of Casa Santos Lima from Extremadura presents a brilliant, bright red color in the swirled glass. Poured into a white wine glass, this rosé wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully youthful aromas of blackberry, raspberry, sour cherry and rhubarb, rounded off with other fruity nuances.
The Share Rosato can rightly be described as exceptionally fruity and velvety, as it has been vinified with a pleasantly sweet taste profile. The texture of this light-footed rosé wine is wonderfully light on the palate. The Share Rosato reveals itself to be wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its concise fruit acidity. The finish of this wine from the Estremadura wine-growing region is delightfully long. Once again, there are hints of raspberry and rhubarb.
Vinification of Casa Santos Lima Share Rosato
Castelão, Tempranillo and Touriga Nacional grapes form the basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Share Rosato cuvée from Casa Santos Lima. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
