Vinification of the Just Fucking Good Wine Blanco from Neleman

The starting point for Neleman's premium and wonderfully balanced Just Fucking Good Wine Blanco cuvée is Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdil and Viognier grapes. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Valencia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and shale. The grapes for this white wine from Spain, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Just Fucking Good Wine Blanco is aged for several months in oak barrels.
