The elegant Oude Kaap Chenin Blanc from South Africa is a single varietal wine, vinified from the Chenin Blanc grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then the fermentation takes place in controlled temperatures.
