More information about Pinot Noir Bourgogne AOC - Henri Boillot

Henri Boillot Pinot Noir Bourgogne is a first-class red wine. In this it reveals a wonderfully bright, light red color. After the first swirl, one can perceive a first-class balance in this red wine, because it stands out on the walls of the glass neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. The bouquet of this red wine from Burgundy seduces with nuances of blackberry, plum and black currant. It is its fruity nature that makes this wine so special.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally low residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Frenchman enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily need sugar. On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. In the finish, this youthful red wine from the Burgundy wine-growing region finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of blackberry and black currant show.

Vinification of the Henri Boillot Pinot Noir Bourgogne

The balanced Pinot Noir Bourgogne from France is a single varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Of course, Pinot Noir Bourgogne is also determined by climate and viticultural style Côte de Beaune and Haute Côtes de Beaune. This French wine can be called an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, and it is extraordinarily impressive. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
