More information about Prosecco Frizzante Treviso DOC - Casa Gheller
With the Casa Gheller Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin, a first-class sparkling wine is poured into the glass. It presents a wonderfully brilliant, platinum yellow color. Ideally poured into a champagne glass, this sparkling wine from the Old World has wonderfully expressive aromas of lilac, violet, pear and perfumed rose, rounded off with other fruity nuances.
On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. The Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its distinctive fruit acidity. The finish of this long-life sparkling wine from the Veneto wine-growing region is delightfully long. There are again hints of apple and lilac.
Vinification of Casa Gheller Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin
The elegant Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Glera grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sedimentary and weathered rock.
After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
