Villa Sandi's Prosecco Frizzante from the Italian wine-growing region of Veneto is a soft, fruity and uncomplicated sparkling wine vinified from the Glera grape variety.
This frizzante appears in a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose is dominated by a delightful, fresh and fruity fragrance. It reveals fruity aromas of juicy apples, perfectly complemented by floral notes of acacia blossom. This Prosecco shows a seductive and fine mousseuex. The palate is flattered by a soft character - the aromas of the nose are also reflected and emphasize the elegant, fine bubbly overall picture.
Vinification of Villa Sandi Prosecco Frizzante
The must obtained from whole grape pressing is fermented in pressure tanks to produce the Frizzante. The fermentation's own carbonic acid leads to a very fine, elegant perlage.
