The Belstar Prosecco Brut comes very close to this, as it was produced with just 11 grams of residual sugar. On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. The Belstar Prosecco Brut presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its concise fruit acidity. The finish of this sparkling wine from the Veneto wine-growing region, Prosecco DOC to be precise, is convincing with a good aftertaste.

Vinification of Bisol Belstar Prosecco Brut

This elegant Prosecco Spumante from Italy is made from the Glera grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the cuvée has been assembled, further ageing takes place using the Charmat method. The Bisol Belstar Prosecco Brut then matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
