The Château Carignan Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux is a first-class red wine in the wine glass. In this it presents a wonderfully bright, crimson color. Vinification of the Château Carignan Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux
The balanced Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux from France is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. In Bordeaux, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and gravel. Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Frenchman exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. The berries for this red wine from France, at the time of optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the elegant Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.

This French wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to pasta with sausage dumplings, cabbage roulades or leek tortilla.
