Vinification of the 6 Meses Finca la Estacada Roble

After harvesting the grapes from the Finca La Estacada winery, they were destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Afterwards, the mash is pressed and the resulting wine is aged for six months in American oak barrels.
