More information about Les-Tours Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 1,5 l Magnum - Château Peybonhomme
The barrel-aged Les-Tours Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 1.5 l Magnum from the Bordeaux wine-growing region shows in the glass in dense purple. Swiveling the wine glass, this red wine reveals a high viscosity, which is evident in clear church windows at the edge of the glass. The first nose of Les-Tours Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 1.5 l Magnum flatters with nuances of plums, blackberries and sour cherries. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging like even more fruity-balsamic nuances.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with only 1.9 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the top wine range, this Frenchman naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the tongue, this punchy red wine is characterized by a tremendously velvety texture. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Les-Tours Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 1.5 l Magnum presents itself on the palate fantastically fresh and lively. The finale of this good aging red wine from the wine-growing region of Bordeaux, more precisely from Cotes de Blaye, finally thrilled with considerable reverberation.
Vinification of the Les-Tours Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 1,5 l Magnum from Château Peybonhomme
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Les-Tours Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 1,5 l Magnum from Château Peybonhomme are Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot grapes. After its end, the organically produced Les-Tours Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 1.5 l Magnum is aged for several months in oak barrels.
