Vinification of the Costarossa Surani Primitivo di Manduria
This Primitivo from Surani was matured in barriques for 12 months after temperature-controlled fermentation. This allows this red wine from the deepest south of Italy to develop even more complexity and unfold its full splendor in the glass.
