The balanced Primitivo Puglia from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Primitivo grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Primitivo Puglia can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
