This powerful red wine from France is made from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes. In the Rhône Valley, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
