Vinification of the Campos de Luz Blanco
The balanced Blanco from Spain is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Viura. After the grape harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Blanco is left to mature on its lees for a few months.
