Vinification of the Luces Blanco from Viñas del Vero

The basis for the balanced Luces Blanco from Aragon are grapes from the varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viura. In Aragon, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and marl. After the manual harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Luces Blanco can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
