Vinification of Bodegas Callia CHT Chardonnay Torrontes

The balanced CHT Chardonnay Torrontes from Argentina is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Torrontés. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
