The barrel-aged Coronas Tempranillo from the wine-growing region of Catalonia shows in the glass bright purple, ruby red. To the nose, this Miguel Torres red wine reveals all sorts of mulberries, blackberries, plums, black cherries and plums. Vinification of the Coronas Tempranillo by Miguel Torres
The balanced Coronas Tempranillo from Spain is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. After harvesting, the grapes immediately enter the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Coronas Tempranillo is aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
