The light-footed Cuvée Pinot Brut from the house Pfannebecker shimmers with brilliant golden yellow in the glass. The bubbles of this sparkling wine show vitality and persistence in the glass. In the core, this sparkling wine shows a beautiful color. In the glass, this sparkling wine from Pfannebecker displays aromas of wild berry jam, apples, plum marmalade, wild berry jam and Mon Cheri cherry, complemented by gingerbread spice, forest floor and cinnamon. This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 5 grams of residual sugar. As you might expect, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need sugar. Due to its concise fruit acid, the Cuvée Pinot Brut is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of pear and wild berry confit appear.
Vinification of the Cuvée Pinot Brut from Pfannebecker
This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is produced organically from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then the fermentation of the base wines takes place.
