More information about Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc - Villa Maria

With the Villa Maria Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc comes a first-class white wine in the swirled glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. In the glass, this white wine from Villa Maria shows aromas of lemons, passion fruit and grapefruit, complemented by green peppers. On the palate, Villa Maria's Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc opens delightfully dry, grippy and aromatic. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of New Zealand South Island finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of grapefruit and lemon.

Vinification of the Villa Maria Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc

The basis for the balanced Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand South Island are grapes from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

Food recommendation for the Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc from Villa Maria

This New Zealander is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as a companion to potato pan with salmon, omelet with salmon and fennel or vegetable salad with beetroot.
