The basis for the balanced Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand South Island are grapes from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Earthgarden Sauvignon Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
