This powerful red wine from Spain is cuvetted from Garnacha, Graciano, Tempranillo and Viura grape varieties. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
