The Gemischter Satz Harmony from Weingut Pfaffl in Lower Austria presents a brilliant platinum yellow color in the swirled glass. With a little time in the glass, this Old World white wine reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of vineyard peach, kumquat, guava and lemon, rounded out by gingerbread spice, black tea and oriental spices.

Vinification of the Winery Pfaffl Gemischter Satz Harmony

This elegant white wine from Austria is made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Muskat Ottonel and Riesling. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Lower Austria. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and sandstone. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Gemischter Satz Harmony can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....

This Austrian wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as a companion to stir-fried vegetables with fish, spinach gratin with almonds or potato pan with salmon.
