The Sauvignon from Di Lenardo shines in the glass in a light yellow with a greenish shimmer. The bouquet reveals wonderful fruity aromas of melon and peach, which are accompanied by spicy notes of sage and yellow peppers.
This white wine from Friuli is wonderfully fresh on the palate with a lively fruit acidity. The finish is accompanied by a hint of fig and tropical fruit.
Vinification of the Sauvignon Blanc from Di Lenardo
After the harvest, the grapes for this white wine were gently pressed and, after an initial racking, the must was transferred to fermentation vats and matured on the lees. This Sauvignon Blanc was bottled under vacuum and sealed with a DIAM cork.
Suggestions for the Di Lenardo Sauvignon
Enjoy this dry white wine as an aperitif, with starters and tapas, fish and shellfish, vegetable dishes and with poultry and white meat.
