Vinification of the David & Nadia Grenache

The balanced Grenache from South Africa is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Grenache grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the elegant Grenache is aged for several months in French oak barrels.

Food recommendation for the David & Nadia Grenache

This South African red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to goose breast with gingered red cabbage and marjoram, veal escalope with beans and tomatoes or boeuf bourguignon.
