More information about Mas des Mas Minervois AOP - Les Domaines Paul Mas
The Mas des Mas Minervois of Les Domaines Paul Mas from the Languedoc offers a dense, crimson color in the swirled glass. Held at a slight angle, a transition of wine color toward garnet red is evident at the edges of this barrel-aged wine. Ideally poured into a Bordeaux glass, this red wine from France offers wonderfully expressive aromas of blueberry, mulberry, blackberry and black currant, rounded out by oriental spices, cocoa bean and black tea contributed by the barrel aging.
This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 0.6 grams of residual sugar. This is a true quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this Frenchman naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. This dense red wine is full-bodied and multi-layered on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Mas des Mas Minervois is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this storable red wine from the Languedoc wine region finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of black currant and blueberry.
