Vinification of the Ellermann-Spiegel Rosalinde Rosé
The elegant Rosalinde Rosé from Germany is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Blauer Portugieser and Pinot Noir. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. After the juice is extracted, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Rosalinde Rosé is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
