Vinification of KWV Ruyter's Bin First White Western Cape WO
The elegant Ruyter's Bin First White Western Cape from South Africa is a cuvée made from Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After the manual harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
