The sparkling wine Brut from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering platinum yellow, light yellow, golden yellow, copper gold. The bubbles of this sparkling wine shine in the glass very fine bubbly and incredibly consistent. Vinification of the Brut sparkling wine from Bründlmayer
The elegant Sekt Brut from Austria is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Lower Austria. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. Sekt Brut is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Austrian breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. The grapes for this sparkling wine from Austria, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand . After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently pressed. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the assemblage of the cuvée follows the further aging based on the classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Bründlmayer Sekt Brut matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.

This Austrian is best enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto, stir-fried vegetables with fish or roasted trout with ginger pear.
