The Wolftrap Rosé - Boekenhoutskloof

The The Wolftrap Rosé from Boekenhoutskloof is a seductive, lively and fresh rosé wine cuvée from the South African wine-growing region Coastal Region, vinified from the grape varieties Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache. 

In the glass, this wine shines in a brilliant salmon pink with sparkling reflections. The nose enjoys a fruity-floral bouquet. Strong aromas of cherries, berry fruit - especially cranberry and raspberry - fine sweet hints and floral notes of rose petals and acacia flowers are revealed. On the palate, particularly juicy apple, ripe nectarines and sun-ripened citrus fruits stand out. Very balanced and medium-bodied, the mouthfeel is rounded off by the natural acidity. At the same time, the flavors evolve into ripe cherry complemented by exotic spices in the pleasant finish.
