Vinification of the Domaine Paul Mas Grande Réserve Cabernet Sauvignon

This powerful red wine from France is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery in the fastest way. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Grande Réserve Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for another 10 months in American (70%) and French oak (30%) barrels.
