Vinification of the Springfontein Terroir Selection Pinotage Walker Bay WO
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Pinotage. Only top quality grapes were harvested for this wonderfully powerful single varietal wine from Springfontein. After manual harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Terroir Selection Pinotage Walker Bay WO is aged for another 10 months in oak barriques.
